Kensington Taylor’s scheme secured outline consent for the redevelopment of the site, formally occupied by Toshiba, which dates back to the Bush Radio factory built in 1948.

The planning consent provides for a mix of warehouse and industrial uses on 17 acres from 10000sqft to 75000sqft, with the northern portion of the site given over to energy generation uses.

Kensington Taylor have a well-established track record of obtaining consents and undertaking feasibility studies for LDT in respect of  industrial and energy related uses.
