Contract Value:    £Confidential

Client:   Living Networks

Kensington Taylor are currently working with The Housing Guild and Living Networks to explore development proposals for a five hectare site in Stoke-on-Trent. The brownfield site is an important gateway close to the centre of the city and a prime location for local regeneration. Emma Bridgewater Pottery is established on the site and forms a major visitor attraction around which new social and commercial initiatives can develop. These could include Growing for Life market gardens, new housing, a boutique hotel, local convenience store and canal-side live-work units.
